I don't know how things really work but this is how my snorkelling went. I told the driver that i wanted to snorkel. I'm pretty sure there's only one spot (IBOIH) to snorkel from if you don't stay at the hotel with their own services. Arriving at Iboih doesn't mean that you can immediately snorkel. You have to find a shop with snorkelling or diving services and choose according to your needs. They sell many kinds of boats, equipment, and services. As for me, we rented a boat with underwater view as my mom didn't wanna snorkel but she wanna have a sight of the fishes too. I forced my dad to snorkel with me so there he was. Our guide told us that we will be travelling to four different locations.
